Your Day

You arrive at eleven. The space is quiet — just you, a handful of other guests, and Dasha. No schedule to rush through. No crowded waiting room. You start with breathwork and gentle stretching to settle your nervous system, and from there, the rest of the day unfolds.

Cedar barrel steam opens your chest and warms your muscles. Contrast therapy — infrared heat, red light, salt air, then cold plunge — wakes up every system your body forgot it had. Salt therapy lets your lungs do the deep clearing they’ve been needing. Shirodhara — warm herbal oil poured across your forehead — dissolves the tension you’ve been carrying for months. Between sessions, you’re in the lounge with tea and light snacks, barefoot, in a robe, doing absolutely nothing.

The day closes with restorative yoga. By the time you leave, five hours will have passed — but your body will feel like it just had a week off.

My husband and I came here recently and tried the steam barrels and found them very relaxing. Helped ease stress and loosen my muscles plus a nice way to spend some time with my husband. The place is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner was very kind and hospitable as well. There are many amenities offered and we look forward to trying more.

Today I had a wonderful experience with Dasha, a private session. Under the guidance of an experienced specialist, I got maximum benefit from relaxing my muscles. For example, in Jim classes, it's difficult to achieve the health benefits due to the hypoxic environment. At the Bodhi Salt Health Center, you inhale salt during the exercises, which improves your lung health. And then using the steam barrel enhanced this effect.

This place is amazing. Jessica not only so knowledgeable about all the different services, but she genuinely took the time to go over everything with me, give me a tour of the building, and help me decide what would be best for me. I came in because I had major congestion and thought the salt room would help, and it absolutely did. I also did the cedar steam tub, and it really helped clear me up and get me feeling like myself again. Jessica catered the herbs to exactly what I needed for what I came in for, and did a great job balancing checking in on me and letting me relax. The whole thing was so calm, and not rushed at all. I got to shower, relax, and hang out between services which made the whole thing feel like the best and much needed spa day. Will definitely come again!!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful day together at the wellness retreat. Dasha and Jessica were amazing and treated us like queens all day. We experienced 2 yoga classes, red light therapy, sauna and cold therapy and of course the barrels. The oil treatment was amazing! We also enjoyed a light lunch and champagne. The salt room was so relaxing. We will definitely be going back again soon!

My wife and I spent Valentine’s Day at Bodhi Salt Mind and Body Balance Center, and it was truly a lovely experience from start to finish. We booked the Valentine’s Day package, which included the Steam Cedar Barrel with herbal infusion, therapeutic massages, and private time in the Salt Room. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. The added touches of mimosas and chocolates made the day feel extra special and celebratory. One of the highlights of our experience was Daria. She was incredibly informative, walking us through each station and sharing helpful insights about the benefits of the cedar barrel steam, salt therapy, and the overall wellness process. It made the experience not only relaxing but also meaningful and educational. Our therapeutic massages were excellent, and the entire environment was calm and restorative. What truly set Bodhi Salt apart from other spa experiences we’ve had was the ability to do everything together. At many other places, couples are separated for different parts of the experience. Here, we were able to enjoy each portion side by side, which made it even more special for Valentine’s Day. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and absolutely plan to book again. If you’re looking for a peaceful, intentional, and shared spa experience—especially for a special occasion—Bodhi Salt is the place to go.

My fiancé and I did a couple’s massage for Valentine’s Day with Kate and Hannah. They are magicians! We could feel our tension and stress melting away. We were welcomed in by the owner, Dasha, and Ozzy (pictured above). The rooms were all very cozy with soft lighting and relaxing music. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful experience here for our anniversary. We enjoyed the salt room and a steam barrel session and they were both relaxing. The owner was welcoming and gave us a tour of the entire space and it was clean and inviting. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Common Questions

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in. We provide robes and towels for all therapy sessions. Wear a swimsuit or underwear for the cedar barrel and contrast therapy. Everything else is taken care of.
Do I need any experience with these therapies?
None. Most retreat guests are trying several of these for the first time. Dasha walks you through every session and adjusts to your comfort level. The cold plunge is optional — no pressure, ever.
What if I can’t handle the cold plunge?
Skip it. The contrast therapy session includes infrared sauna, red light, and salt air — all of which feel wonderful without the cold plunge. You go at your own pace.
Is lunch included?
Yes. Light snacks, tea, and lemon water are available throughout the day. A nourishing lunch is included. No extra fees or surprises.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. The scheduled retreat is limited to 6 guests, so book early if you want to come together. For larger groups, consider a Private Retreat (up to 8 guests).
How is this different from booking services individually?
Three ways. First, the value — $430+ of services for $340. Second, the flow — Dasha sequences the therapies for maximum impact rather than isolated sessions. Third, the intimacy — the entire space is reserved for your small group.
