For guests who come more than once a week and want bodywork built into their routine.
Join Vitality — $334/monthBilling. Memberships are billed monthly on the date you join, to the card on file. Prices are before applicable sales tax. Your benefits start once your first payment goes through.
Your sessions. Your monthly sessions arrive on each billing date. Unused Cedar Barrel or Contrast Therapy sessions, and the Vitality massage or Shirodhara, stay valid until the end of your next billing cycle, then expire. Sessions have no cash value and can't be transferred or shared.
Booking. All sessions are by appointment, online or by call or text at (502) 252-1030. Included services can be booked once each per day. Your membership covers you; a partner or friend joining you books their own session or uses your guest pass.
What's not included. Private salt room rentals, private and couples yoga, retreats, parties, packages and gift cards are not part of a membership. Members receive 10% off where noted.
Kids' Salt Room. Children in your immediate family (no minimum age) can use the Kids' Salt Room as part of the membership, once per day, with at least one adult per four children.
Guest pass. Each month you can bring one guest for a regular Salt Room session. Book it under your name. Guest passes don't carry over and have no cash value.
Member discount. Members receive 10% off additional services and retail at regular prices. The discount doesn't combine with packages, combos, promotions, retreats, parties or gift cards.
Priority booking (Vitality). When a Cedar Barrel or massage slot opens up, we call Vitality members first.
Missed appointments. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and your session is returned. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows count as a used session. For included services, we'll check in with you after two missed appointments in a month.
Pausing. You can pause once every 12 months, for one or two billing cycles. Ask before your next billing date. While paused you aren't charged and no new sessions arrive. Sessions you already have keep their normal expiry, so use them first.
Cancelling. No contract. Cancel anytime online or by call or text, before your next billing date. Your benefits continue until the end of the month you've paid for, and unused sessions expire then. Unused sessions are not refunded. If a payment is due, please contact us to cancel.
Failed payments. If a payment doesn't go through, we'll contact you, and your benefits are on hold until it's resolved. If it isn't resolved within 14 days, the membership is cancelled.
Changing plans. Moving between Restoration and Vitality takes effect on your next billing date.
Changes to memberships. We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to your price or benefits. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
