Is Bodhi Salt Center a day spa?
Yes, with a difference. Bodhi Salt Center is a physician co-owned wellness center in St. Matthews, Louisville, offering massage, Shirodhara, salt rooms, Contrast Therapy and Louisville's only Siberian cedar barrel therapy.
How long is a spa day?
Most packages run from about 60 minutes to about 105 minutes. The Complete Wellness Experience takes longer, and we'll plan the timing with you.
What should I bring?
Nothing special for a cedar barrel. Towels and robes are provided, and parking is free. Arrive 10 minutes early.
Can we come as a couple or with friends?
Yes. Two guests can book the barrels together online, and we can help plan a day for a group.
How do I buy a gift card?

Do you offer facials or nails?
No. We don't offer facials, nails or other salon services. We do sell skin care creams and lotions at our St. Matthews location.
