Led by co-founder Dasha, a certified yoga and pranayama (breathwork) instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience, Halo-Yoga is a trauma-informed, anatomy-based class designed to support your nervous system and your body — exactly as they are.
All levels and life stages are welcome, including prenatal, postpartum, and those navigating stress, burnout, or physical recovery.
