Semi-private yoga at Bodhi Salt offers the best of both worlds — the intimacy of private instruction with the shared energy of a small group. Led by Dasha, a certified yoga and pranayama teacher with more than a decade of experience, these sessions are limited to just four participants to ensure each person receives the guidance, support, and attention they deserve.

Perfect for friends, couples, or families, or simply for individuals who prefer a quieter, more tailored class than a typical group setting.

Dasha brings extensive training in trauma-informed yoga, functional anatomy, prenatal/postnatal care, and recovery-based practices — and skillfully adapts the session to accommodate different levels, bodies, and needs within the group.

Sessions may include:

  • Breath-centered movement and mindful pacing
  • Individualized modifications and alignment support
  • Nervous system regulation and emotional grounding
  • Strength, mobility, and flexibility work
  • Restorative elements and intentional rest
